CD/DVD + E-mail Backup Services



All CD's or DVD's ordered are non-refundable and we can't be held liable for anything that is lost or damaged. If the password you release is incorrect, we will try to confirm that you have paid for an account (normally by e-mail) on our server prior to processing your order. However, if you claim to be a member and have not purchased an account from us, you must do so and become a long term member before you place an order. As of right now there is no limit on the amount of CD's or DVD's you can order. All orders are shipped the next day of placing your order. Orders can take ANY AMOUNT OF TIME to ship from the date we ship them (not the date you order them), depending on where you live. For places outside of North America it may take from 2 to 3 weeks. All shipments are made through the Canada Postal Service in a standard first-class bubble envelop. Make sure the shipping address you provide us with is accurate. In event that it isn't, we can't be held liable for your package not being delivered and your money may not be refunded.

Your package will include the file(s) you request burned on either a 700MB CD, 4.4GB DVD, or a 8.2GB DVD-DL. If the file(s) you are burning make up more than 1 single blank media, we will allow you to change your order after we inform you of the storage issue. We do not guarantee that the files you request will be compatible with the computer and/or operating system you are running on. You may ask me and i can find out whatever i  can. You may only order files that appear in your personal account directory.  The files that appear on the guest server may not be requested unless they also happen to exist in your account directory.

Your E-mail transfers will be sent to your e-mail address or one that you supply. It will be up to your end to maintain your e-mail servers inbox capacity and settings. Please keep in mind how large file attachments you can receive.
This method can be quicker and cost effective if you host your own e-mail server.

We will however offer the service of segmenting files which can be easier to send larger files in smaller pieces if needed.


These services are for back-up purposes only and we will not tolerate fraudulent claims of ownership of copyrighted files. We enforce this by confirming that the files you request exist in your possession originally.  If you are caught attempting to request files that you do not own, you may put yourself at risk. If you don't agree with our policy, then we recommend that you do not use the service.
